Sustainability Policy

We recognise, as a business, that our operations have an impact on the environment and we have identified the following:

Transport:

We aim to use public transport as much as possible to reduce on pollution.  We use train travel as a preference to car or plane where possible and practical.

We aim to use the best qualified local staff to reduce travel impact getting to and from events.

Energy:

We use energy saving devices, switching off monitors, computers and phones.

We maintain equipment to ensure maximum energy efficiency.

Waste & Recycling:

We purchase recycled and recyclable materials where available.

We have a full recycling system in place and we recycle as much paper, cardboard, toners, glass and plastic as local services and facilities allow (unless it is data sensitive material, in which case it is securely destroyed).

We only print when necessary.

We aim to be paper free.

Food:

Where possible at events, we prefer to use locally sourced food, reduce the carbon footprint of the food and promote homegrown local food.

We use Fairtrade tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar in our office.
