Meet Our Team
We’re a hardworking bunch of event professionals, poised to work some Autumn magic on your event needs. We’ve delivered hundreds of events and love nothing more than a very happy client!
Jan is an Event Master who delivers outstanding events and exceeds clients expectations every time. Having organised hundreds of events, hosting tens of thousands of people for household brand clients over the last 23 years, Jan is completely at home whether she is hosting VIP speakers, managing online booking systems or opening gates to a muddy festival field for contractors at 6am. When she is not organising Jan loves to bake, travel and explore (which all invariably involve more organising!)
Simon leads on all things technical for each of our projects and also brings specialist skills in marketing and health. Having delivered hundreds of events, Simon has led teams operating sound, video and lighting equipment in venues across the country. Simon loves to create win-win scenarios to meet objectives and to apply creative thinking to maximise results. When he’s not solving problems or coming up with ideas, you can find him on a mountain bike on the South Downs or trying not to eat any cakes that may happen to be nearby.
Marie is a superstar of project, speaker and delegate management, as well as a skilled online event professional – is there anything she can’t do? Marie has worked with the latest production tools to deliver over 100 virtual conferences, summits and workshops and she brings a calmness on event day, everything is planned and delivered perfectly. Away from events Marie enjoys fashion, styling and singing, even gracing international stages performing her own material.
Phil loves nothing more than a creative problem to solve. From video walls to complex live streams, he’ll use technology to enhance the audience experience across live, immersive and recorded media. Constantly exploring the affordances of technology, Phil cares passionately about educating others and enhancing his own learning to be able to support a wide range of creative projects.
Mikey loves turning ideas into reality (usually through film) and is a visual storyteller. Often found attached to a film camera, Mikey has worked on live-streaming events for several years, and he loves working with companies and non-profits, helping them to adapt to new, visual ways of engaging with their teams and audiences.
Grace is a calm pair of hands, ensuring all administration, meetings and team diaries are managed, alongside her meticulous production of reports, A former medical secretary, qualified nurse and PRINCE2 practitioner, Grace ensures the team runs smoothly and we never skip a beat. On event delivery days, Grace is often staffing our live helpdesk and sorting all things tech – what a hero!
