Our Work
Global Hybrid event
King's Health Partners Annual Conference
Autumn Live have delivered KHP’s flagship annual conference since 2020, transitioning from a fully online conference to a hybrid event format, allowing hundreds of online attendees from around the globe to hear how the partnership is working to drive advancements in research, healthcare, education, and technology, alongside an in-the-room audience.
Autumn Live work with the KHP comms team over the year to plan the event, source a suitable venue, develop the programme and format of the day, build the online event venue, provide AV and live-streaming tech, manage catering and speaker briefings, pre-records, delegate registration, reporting and brand integration. Careful planning also enables the comms team to generate and utilise hours of footage used for marketing and educational content.

Event production
Merck Healthcare UK & Ireland Company Conference
Gathering over 120 staff from across UK & Ireland for a company conference at the FA’s St George’s Park in Burton-on-Trent, this event needed production support to ensure a stress-free experience for the whole staff team.
Autumn Live worked with the organising group to provide audio, lighting and video support across 2 days, creating a warm and welcoming environment for the attendees to learn and bond.
Bringing in an external clinical presenter on screen, supporting in-the-room session facilitators and guest patients who have benefited from Merck’s life changing treatments, as well as providing a bit of extra sparkle✨ to the staff awards presentations, this was a conference everyone enjoyed!

In-person launch event
Benchmark Architects Launch Event
Rapidly expanding Benchmark launched their new offices in Milton Keynes with a key objective to connect with others in the city and become thought leaders within the local building, property and construction industries. We devised a thought leadership panel event, followed by a launch party for their new office space.
Alongside all the usual logistics of AV, catering, photography, videography and speaker management, Autumn Live created several engagement activities at the event to stimulate thought and discussion among the attendees:
- A visual display of attendees’ engagement with Milton Keynes as a place
- Architectural 3D modelling
- A creative interactive drawing app, with display, for other attendees to engage with
- A social media sharing background with branded mementos of the event, for guests to take away
Using creativity and planning, and keeping the client’s objectives front and centre, we created an experience that generated exactly the impact the client wanted.
